This week, the round two of Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School’s Fifth Speech Contest opened in the lecture hall on the fourth floor. We had the honor to meet a group of lovely speakers, who made wonderful speeches and used great visual aids so that the audience enjoyed a different audio-visual feast. With the host on stage, the prelude of the speech contest slowly opened!

讲台上的选手，意气风发，舌灿莲花，讲述着一个又一个故事，从不同角度、不同方面阐释着自己对应的主题。他们自信从容、声情并茂、流露着美高学子应有的气度与姿态，展现着当代青少年朝气蓬勃的面貌。

The contestants on the platform were all full of spirit and had eloquent tongues. They told one story after another, explaining their corresponding themes from different angles and aspects. They are confident and calm, voice full of emotion, showing the bearing and attitude of the students of Living Word Shanghai, showing the vigorous face of the contemporary youth.

演讲不仅仅会传递信息，更多的是带给我们深深的思考，让听众们融入其中。

Their speeches not only conveyed information, but also provoked deep thinking, so that the audience can integrate into it.

结果不重要，享受过程最重要!加油到底，拼搏到底。不管结果如何，依然为自己喝彩!

The results were not the most important thing, what was important was their enjoyment of the process! Continue on to the end, fight to the end. No matter what the result, still cheer for yourself!
