毅进卡迪夫公学平湖学校“导师制”模式 实施途径及意义

  为发挥教师教书育人的责任,发现学生的发展潜能,使学生在学业、道德、心理、行为等方面得到更深入、更全面的教育和引导,营造积极健康的“家园—乐园”式校园氛围,充分满足学生个性化发展需求,我校特制定“导师制”工作方案,并将“导师制”纳入正常课时计划中。

  To make sure teachers take responsibility of teaching and discovering students’ talent, CAVC Pinghu implements the "mentor system" work plan, which is one of our courses. The system provides students with deeper and more comprehensive education and guidance in their studies, morality, psychology and behavior, and also creates a positive and healthy "home-paradise" campus environment, so as to fully meet the personalized development needs of students.

  “导师制”采用双向选择法,即学生选导师,导师选学生,最终确定导师团队。原则上每位老师(也可以邀请家长、社会精英等)与五位左右的学生结对,围绕高中人生启航给予学业、生活等方面的指导。具体内容如下:

  "Mentor system" adopts two-way selection method, which is, students choose their mentor, the mentor chooses the students, and finally determines the team. In principle, each teacher (parents and social elites can also be invited) will pair up with about five students and give guidance on study and life based on setting goals in high school. Specific content as follows:

  1、了解学生状况,帮助学生形成正确的人生观、世界观和价值观。引导学生积极向上,指导学生逐步学会规划人生,为其终身发展奠定基础。

  The main task is to understand the situation of students and help students form a correct outlook on life, world and values and also to guide students to be positive and to gradually learn how to structure their life so as to serve their lifelong development.

  2、指导学生合理选择课程、分配好学习时间并能根据自己的特点和志向制定好个人的学习计划,培养学生的自主学习能力。

  It includes to guide students to choose courses reasonably, allocate study time well and make a good individual study plan according to their own characteristics and aspirations so as to cultivate students' independent learning ability.

  3、关注学生的心理健康和成长需求,辅导学生解决各种心理困惑,结合自己所授学科特点,对学生进行学习策略和学习方法的指导。

  It requires to focus on the students' psychological health and growth needs, coach students to solve various psychological problems, and guide students to learn strategies and methods based on their subjects.

  4、教育学生严守校规校纪,纠正不良习惯,遵守法律、法令,讲社会公德,敢于对不良行为进行批评,能正确处理好各种人际关系,为创造和谐社会作贡献。

  It contains educating students to strictly obey school rules, regulations, laws and decrees. Meanwhile criticize and correct bad habits correctly, handle all kinds of interpersonal relationships, and make contributions to creating a harmonious society.

  5、经常与家长沟通学生情况,向家长宣传学校的办学理念、培养目标等和教育教学改革措施,协调好家长、学生、教师的关系。

  It also requires to communicate with parents about the situation of students frequently, to deliver school's educational philosophy, training objectives, educational and teaching reform measures, and also to coordinate the relationship between parents, students and teachers.

  “导师制”体现的是面对面的辅导,心与心的交流。学生被教师尊重和理解,教师被学生尊敬和信任,学生就愿意向教师倾诉。这种良好的师生关系是教师对学生人格辅导获得成功的重要条件。“导师制”将摈弃灌输式教育方式,开辟师生间的平等对话模式,这种教育模式,在培养学生学习能力的同时培养学生高尚的道德情操和健全的人格,为学生将来踏入社会获得个人成功奠定基础。

  "Mentor system" embodies face-to-face tutoring and heart-to-heart communication. The student is respected and understood by the teacher, at the same time teacher is respected and trusted by the student, by which students are willing to communicate with their teacher. This kind teacher-student relationship is an important factor for the success of teachers' personality guidance to students. The "mentor system" abandons the indoctrinating education method and opens up an equal dialogue model between teachers and students. This education model will not only cultivate students' learning ability, but also cultivate students' noble moral characters and sound personality, so as to lay the foundation for students' personal success when they step into the society in the future.
